Sasquatch photos from Day 3

Tuesday, May 26th, 2009

Well, it’s finally over and everyone’s back home salving their sunburns and getting caught up on some much needed sleep. By all accounts, the 2009 Sasquatch Music Festival was a raging, and raving (thanks to Girl Talk and Chromeo), success. For those brave enough to weather all three days, the last day payed off with Santigold, Fleet Foxes, Silversun Pickups, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Grizzly Bear, Explosions in the Sky and many others. Check out this final round of fantastic photos by Kyle Johnson.

Murder City Devils

Another amazing day at the Gorge, which alone would be incredible, but with a lineup of bands like Nine Inch Nails, Janes’ Addiction, TV On The Radio, Of Montreal, Calexico, M83, The Avett Brothers, The Walkmen, The Wrens, Viva Voce, and so many others, there’s no way it could be better. Sunday at the 2009 Sasquatch Music Festival brought something close to 20,000 people one memorable performance after another, including Mad Rad climbing on top of the stage, Of Montreal’s costumed theatrics, Spencer Moody of Murder City Devils throwing a mic stand across stage. If you couldn’t be there, you can at least check out Kyle Johnson’s amazing photos:
