Ok, this is actually more like a month of photos. It’s been slow around the KEXP studio in the early part of the year, so we thought we’d wait a bit and let our collection of amazing in-studio and concert photography build up. So here are some of the highlights from the last few weeks:

The big event of the week, of course, was the 7th Annual Yule Benefit last Saturday. The Thermals, The Cave Singers, The Builders & The Butchers, and Grand Hallway all performed brilliantly during this completely sold-out event! Photographer Jim Bennett captured these great shots…

The Chop Suey Sunday night was filled with some amazing sounds and pleasant surprises beginning with Swedish singer/songwriter Anna Ternheim. Often playing with only with an acoustic guitar, Ternheim was backed up tonight by the band from Loney Dear to accompany her melodic folk music.
