Just this morning, John Richards featured a live in-studio performance of Stellastarr*, whose long awaited third album hits stores today. Be sure to go back and listen on our 14-day Streaming Archive if you missed it. Don’t miss picking up Civilized, though, and while you’re at it, why not also grab the side project from Vampire Weekend keyboardist Rostam Batmanglij and Ra Ra Riot singer Wes Miles called Discovery, or the very limited EP from Peggy Sue, or the excellent releases from Tiny Vipers, Ceu, Hatcham Social, Bowerbirds, Son Volt (who will be playing a sold-out show at the Woodland Park Zoo this month), critics’ darlings Those Darlins, the sweet pairing of Yep Roc mainstays The Minus 5 and Young Fresh Fellows, the full-length debut (finally!) of We Were Promised Jetpacks, and (phew!) a whole lot more besides!
