KEXP Ballard Day @ Sunset Tavern: Buffalo Tom

Boston’s Buffalo Tom derives their name from Buffalo Springfield (replacing the “Springfield” with the name of their drummer), but the band’s music has more in common with mid-90’s alternative rock than their namesake’s folk jams. Their new album, Skins, was released on March 8 of this year.
