KEXP Suggests: 8th Annual Georgetown Carnival 6/14

Grab the family and head down Airport Way for the 8th Annual Georgetown Carnival this Saturday, June 14th! From noon to 10:00 PM, the historical ‘hood will host a hootenanny of events for the whole family, including carnival games, stilt walkers, sideshows, art activities, food trucks, power tool races, and, of course, great music.

The world-famous record label Sub Pop turned 25 over the weekend and to commemorate the occasion, on Saturday, thousands of people congregated in Seattleā€™s Georgetown neighborhood for an all-day live music event featuring Built to Spill, Mudhoney, Father John Misty, J.
