KEXP and The Stranger proudly support The Capitol Hill Block Party on Friday, July 24th & Saturday July 25th, featuring Sonic Youth, The Jesus Lizard, The Gossip, Pela, Deerhunter, Black Lips, The Thermals, Starfucker, Sleepy Eyes of Death, The Moondoggies, Japandroids, Hey Marseilles, and many, many others. Just added this week to the already spectacular lineup: Built to Spill, who will perform a set composed completely from fan requests. They want you to choose what songs they’ll play.
Based on requests submitted between now and July 18, the band will put together a set list of the most popular songs from their catalog and perform them when they take the Mainstage on Friday, July 24th.
