  • When Surfer Blood stopped by the KEXP studios last month, they surprised us with a great cover of the Polaris song "Hey Sandy" (which you can watch here). Now, they've released a cover of the Outkast hit "Hey Ya" for an upcoming compilation titled Amazon Acoustics, a collection of 30 exclusive covers and original songs from Amazon Music.   • London quartet Yuck share a new track today, their first since 2013's full-length Glow & Behold. Stream the single "Hold Me Closer" below, and try not to add the words "Tiny Dancer" or "Tony Danza." The track will appear on their third album, currently in the works, and projected for a 2016 release date. [Under the Radar]

  • Toro Y Moi has been having one hell of a creative summer: the project of Chaz Bundick shares yet another single, this time a collaboration with Rome Fortune. Stream the track "Pitch Black" below. Maybe he'll play it Friday, July 24th at the Capitol Hill Block Party. [Stereogum]

  • Experimental electronic artist Julia Holter knows what the internet likes: cute animals. Check out the video for the track "Feel You" featuring an adorable pup as her co-star.
