  • In case you missed it, today is Earth Day! In honor of our beautiful planet Portugal. The Man has shared an “endangered song.” It’s purpose is to raise awareness for endangered Sumatran tigers. They created only 400 copies (the same number of remaining tigers) of the “Sumatran Tiger” single and it’s an eco friendly 7″ that will degrade after so many uses. Listen below. There’s also a video depicting the band’s recording process. [CoS]

  • Swedish synthpop outfit Little Dragon will drop their album Nabuma Rubberband on May 13. Today, they’ve released their newest single “Let Go” and it’s an infectious stunner of a song. [Pitchfork]

  • Listen to “Ivory,” the new track from Movement‘s forthcoming self-titled EP (out April 25). The Australian trio expertly weave a strong baseline, sweeping guitar solos, and dazzling vocals into a hard-hitting soul song. [Stereogum]

  • Unfortunately, Owen Pallet has pushed back the release date for his album, In Conflict, from May 13 to May 27. Don’t worry though, his amazing new video for “Song for Five & Six” will assure you that it’s worth the wait. The combination of Pallet’s music and the talented students of the National Ballet School of Canada is flawless. [Pitchfork]
