Bumbershoot Announces Music Lineup for 2014

Thursday, on the Afternoon Show, we revealed the exciting news that The Replacements will perform the Mainstage at Memorial Stadium during Bumbershoot this year. Now, just announced is the rest of the music lineup for the Seattle festival. There are too many KEXP favorites to list, but we’re definitely excited for The Head and The Heart, Elvis Costello and the Imposters and Wu-Tang Clan also on Mainstage, plus The Afghan Whigs, Real Estate, Nada Surf, Luscious Jackson, Twin Shadow, Bobby Womack, The Both (featuring Aimee Mann and Ted Leo), Mac DeMarco, Big Star’s Third (featuring original and new members), Mission of Burma, The Dream Syndicate, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Iceland’s Hermigervill and many others.

The full list of newly announced bands is below (and also here). Tickets are the cheapest they’ll ever be right now — single-day for $50, Any Day for $55, and three-day passes for $120. Prices will increase throughout the summer, so grab your tickets now here.
