  • While performing in Buffalo, New York, Toro Y Moi covered Unknown Mortal Orchestra‘s “Multi-Love.” While Toro Y Moi’s version stayed pretty close to the original, he was also able to add some of his own flavor. Thanks to a fan video, you can watch the cover. [Pitchfork]

  • No one can deny the power and appeal of cats, not even Run the Jewels. Today the rap duo released a cat version (seriously) of their album RTJ2 called Meow the Jewels. If you still think we’re kidding, check out the video for “Oh My Darling (Don’t Meow).” It’s like Godzilla except instead of a terrifying lizard monster wreaking havoc, theres giant, fluffy cats. [Pitchfork]

  • Last night, singer-songwriter Ryan Adams brought a few of his new Taylor Swift 1989 covers to The Daily Show. He performed his amazing and unique versions of the beloved tracks “Bad Blood” and “Style” Watch both videos below. Adam’s 1989 album is out now. [CoS]
