  • Local duo ODESZA share a clip today for "It's Only" [ft. Zyra], a track from their 2014 release In Return. Writer and director Dan Brown explains his inspiration, noting the track "speaks to something elemental, fire, water, love, but from a viewpoint that seems removed. Things happen, good or bad. So it goes. This inspired a story about mankind, all of mankind, from the stone age through our bloody past and into the present using that same lens." Watch below: [Pitchfork]

  • We're so eager for new music from PJ Harvey that we'll even take a ten second clip: check out her Twitter account here for a sneak peek at her still-untitled forthcoming full-length. The album, her first since 2011’s Let England Shake, is a reflection on a "unique artistic journey which took her to Kosovo, Afghanistan and Washington, D.C." The full track premieres this Thursday on Steve Lamacq’s program on BBC Radio 6 Music. [Spin]

  • Portland quintet Radiation City share an electronic slow jam from their forthcoming full-length Synesthetica. Stream the single "Milky White" below. The band bring their slinky vibes to Neumos on Wednesday, March 16th with Deep Sea Diver. Synesthetica hits stores on February 12th via Polyvinyl. [Stereogum]

  • Local artist Pillar Point (aka Scott Reitherman) launches his sophomore album, Marble Mouth, this Friday via Polyvinyl, but you can stream it in its entirety below. Reitherman recorded the LP in Athens, Georgia with of Montreal's Kevin Barnes. "It was a really vibrant collaboration," he tells Under the Radar. "He's the most instinctual artist I've ever worked with and he only needs a couple passes to get a keeper take of an idea. So it was great." [Under the Radar]
