  • Another great session you can still visit in the Two-Week Streaming Archive is our in-studio with Wussy, who also share a new video today. • Remember the 2012 Super Bowl? M.I.A. sure does, and she's released the single "Boom ADD" about it. The track, an extended remix of "Boom Skit" off 2013's Matangi, opens with her lawyer explaining that the NFL was suing her for "flipping the bird" during her performance with Madonna. The two initial-using entities reached a settlement over the lawsuit in 2014. [Under the Radar]

  • Last week, we shared a cover Julian Casablancas did of The Velvet Underground's "Run Run Run" for the HBO show Vinyl. This week, we've got Neko Case's rendition of the 1971 single "Danny's Song," written by Kenny Loggins and originally released by his Loggins & Messina outfit, but later revitalized in 1972 by Canadian songbird Anne Murray.
