I would've loved to see the faces on the suburban stay-at-home parents when UK post-punk band Savages took the stage on Ellen yesterday afternoon. "I love finding new, interesting, unique music, and I love this next band," Ellen said in her introduction. Watch them perform the track "Adore" below. And studio audience members all received a copy of the Matador Records release Adore Life, which I hope they all blasted from their mini-vans on the drive home. [Consequence of Sound]

New York psych-band Woods share a video for the track "I See in the Dark" off their latest full-length City Sun Eater in the River of Light. The clip was made in collaboration with Habitat Skateboards, a manufacturer of professional skateboard decks, shoes, apparel, and wheels. The band are setting out on tour this week with UK duo Ultimate Painting, and to commemorate the tour, they've released a split tour-only 7" limited to a 1,000 copies.
