Late next month, Arcade Fire are rereleasing their Grammy-winning album, The Suburbs, which will also include the Spike Jonze-directed short film, Scenes from the Suburbs, two new songs, “Culture War” and “Speaking in Tongues,” which features Talking Heads’ David Byrne on backup vocals.
