  • Atoms for Peace's Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich will mark the release of their new album, Amok, with a brief series of shows. The duo will take on London, Berlin, and New York in the coming weeks to perform DJ sets along with special guests like Actress, Throwing Snow, Shed, and Anstam. Pitchfork has the details on all three shows; look for Amok in record stores on February 26.
  • As we mentioned yesterday, James Blake released a new single, "Retrograde," from his forthcoming album, Overgrown. BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe premiered the soulful track on his radio show yesterday, and you can listen to a clip from the show below. Overgrown is out April 8 through Republic.
  • Billboard reports that several of Joey Ramone's personal items will be up for auction starting on February 14. The collection includes 97 vinyl records by artists such as "Led Zeppelin, The Who, T. Rex, Cream, Bob Dylan, Elton John, The Human League, Iggy Pop, KISS, The Doors, The Temptations, and The Ventures," plus his iconic T-shirt collection, passport, and personal Rolodex. The minimum bid is currently $500, and bidding ends on February 21.
  • This morning, School of Seven Bells' Alley Deheza took to Facebook to post some sad news about her bandmate Benjamin Curtis. "A few nights ago Benjamin was admitted to the hospital for symptoms that have been getting worse for a few weeks now," she wrote. "After a dozen tests and scans (which he's endured like a champion), the doctors say it's T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. It developed pretty aggressively, and the chemotherapy to treat it will be pretty aggressive, but the good news is that it's TREATABLE."
